Novelty Vacation Packages

I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager. The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice. I will look for the company in other cities for future travels.

This hotel is in much need of improvements. Having stayed here multiple times over the years I am not returning until things change. First off , I couldn't open the door despite the green light going on. A staff member said they were needing to replace many malfunctioning doors, but if I rammed my shoulder into it with an upward motion, it would open. Really, they are not embarrassed to say this? I did get free parking as a compensation, but this is not acceptable for a mid week $320 room. That's the second thing, the price is more than double the regular price because of a baseball game going on. The price should be the price. Next, no free coffee like in other Hilton properties. After the pay breakfast ended, the staff couldn't remove the coffee urns fast enough, how tacky. Now let's talk about the room. Floor in bathroom was obviously not swept or washed. The shampoo and body wash containers were hanging off the broken brackets. There was also no usb ports, which left us unable to charge our phones. What can I say other than how disappointed I was staying here.
