"The host did not ever send check in instructions, and did not respond to phone calls or messages from me or VRBO. This left us stranded in Columbia without a place to stay. After 2 days of no communication and no way of getting in to the property, the host ended up cancelling our stay and cited "guest minimum age" as the reason for him cancelling. All individuals staying at the property were 30 years or older. The host never reached out directly to us at all. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE."

"The home was a great place to use as our base while we were going through family day and basic training graduation with our son at Fort Jackson. And our host Anna was exceptional in helping us figure how to plan for all the details needed to navigate those events, including putting my Walmart ordered groceries away for me since we wouldn’t get there till 11pm. I would recommend this adorable space to anyone visiting the area"

"We rented this property so that we could as a family celebrate our son’s graduation from Army Basic training at Ft. Jackson. The location to the fort was excellent and gave us a great place to start our days and wind down at night. we had eight people staying at the property and we all more than enough room. It was an amazing house very well laid out and very open. We all truly enjoyed our time at the house and can not recommend this property enough to any one with a large group."
