« The check-in process was a breeze and we were greeted with rum punch! The grounds are beautiful. Our villa 201 was fully stocked. Location! Location! Location! Walkable to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool was nice and warm. They were plenty of loungers at the pool as well as the beach. Every single staff member was super friendly. We would, without question, stay here again! »

« Property was great. We had a great time, loved having a kitchen and a washer dryer. Bed was comfy. Location was great loved being next to the pool and spa. We also loved that we could walk to the Mango reef restaurant they had amazing lobster. We brought a lot of our own food in our suitcase as the food is expensive. »

« Wow wow wow. This rental exceeded my expectations! Peter was very communicative and helpful throught the process. From the airport, finding the property was so easy, and it felt very secure with gated access. The condo itself was so clean and clearly well cared for. Having all the beach gear was so helpful, we were able to pack it up in our rental car and explore different beaches on the island. Just a short walk from the condo is a public beach access area that was so peaceful, hardly anyone...

« Besides the construction, which I was saddened it blocked the sunset, overall the property was amazing. It had everything we needed and what we didn't have Tyler was sure to assist and try his best to accommodate. There were places to eat within walking distance with Somewhere onsite, it was average. The snorkeling was amazing and many activities within walking distance. Grace Bay was an inexpensive taxi ride and one day was enough. We would definitely return. »

« From the start, Leigh welcomed my girlfriend and I with comfort and assurance. Her place is just amazing and I would highly recommend choosing this beautiful condo if you plan on coming to Turks. Most all excursions will come right to shore out front so you don't have to taxi anywhere. The waters have its own snorkeling and just a 20 min walk in either direction on the beach to other resturants. We will be coming back. »

« The unit is as described. Love the proximity of Coral Gardens to the beach and water and having a restaurant onsite. The location is great as it on Grace Bay but not in the heart of all the shops and traffic. If you like to snorkel, having the reef right out front is extremely convenient. « this was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway. »

« This was our first time to visit Turks. So, we did lots and lots of research and searching for just the right property. We chose this unit because of its location within Grace Bay, its floor plan, and that it was a walkout to the beach. Our family of 5 fit wonderfully in the unit with lots of room to spare. « The resort is well located in a secluded area which we LOVE! There are so many conches when you walk toward the Northwest Point. The water is not as nice as Grace Bay beach but the kids still enjoyed it. The pool is well maintained with floaters available. The condo was well equipped except that it was missing the extra sheets for the sofa bed. We called the manager using whatsapp and she rushed over to give us some. She was very responsive. »

Providing excellent needed information up front and a smooth check-in process. Also the condo itself is thoughtfully stocked/setup for all needs... cooking, beaching, technology. « LOVED this property overall, plus Dana & Scott are so responsive and helped with anything we needed. The beach where this property is located is one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion. We also saw other folks coming back day after day to this beach, even though they were staying at other locations on the island. Pool was great for our kids, the location can't be beat, and it was an AMAZING vacation overall. We also appreciated having local vendors for food and beverage options...
