"LOVED this property overall, plus Dana & Scott are so responsive and helped with anything we needed. The beach where this property is located is one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion. We also saw other folks coming back day after day to this beach, even though they were staying at other locations on the island. Pool was great for our kids, the location can't be beat, and it was an AMAZING vacation overall. We also appreciated having local vendors for food and beverage options...

"Was a wonderful experience. The pool was wonderful and the beach is only a half a block away. There were toys for the kids to use in the pool. In addition there were paddle boards and kayaks for use in the bay. The bedrooms were spacious. The main living area was wonderful. The dining room table sat 12 people. Would definitely recommend Palm Jewel to others."

"We loved the low key feel to the resort and it was just the right size. The view and beach was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept. The screened in porch and roomy 2 bedroom units were great. The 3 different excursions we booked picked us up right at the hotel either by car or boat. The beachside restaurant was a delight with live music several nights. A trip to the grocery store and use of the grill by the pool provided different dining options. The shuttle or short walk to the sister property that was closer to shops & more restaurants was very convenient. We loved our stay and miss it every day! We would definitely recommend this property."

"All inclusive resort on beautiful Grace Bay Beach. My friends and I stayed in a large 2 bedroom villa overlooking the ocean. We had a large balcony with a gorgeous view. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Some of the units are being updated so I would recommend you request a unit that has been renovated. Upon check in you receive a schedule of the restaurants. It takes a day to figure things out. The buffet was plentiful breakfast was excellent . Dinner was a 4/5. The reservation process was difficult to navigate. You can only make reservations the day of. We recommend taking the shuttle to Blue Haven their sister resort which is more upscale. Fire and Ice restaurant was 5/5 We would definitely return"
