The staff were very friendly. The room was very nice. The shower had great pressure. I loved that the central unit had a fan mode so I could have the white noise. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I loved that they had apples and bananas out to where you can get them to go. The one minute pancake maker was awesome! We will definitely book again next time we stay in Oak Ridge.

Because of construction, had to carry my huge suitcase up a flight of stairs to the lobby. Very inconvenient. Not easy to do either. I also had to add a day and my rate was more. I had a death in the family and had to push my visit two days, I felt they should have honored the rate I had under the circumstances. Pretty hotel and the restaurant waitress was wonderful!
