« The service and people are really great. We loved the breakfast. Our girls were given a treat bag by a sweet staff member who stated they were respectful during breakfast. Everything was super clean. The adjoining rooms are limited so we didn’t get one. There is no hot tub that is pictured. Other than that, it was great! »

« The air-conditioning unit sounded like a harley davidson when running. Now cold air on top of it. They also said no acceptable room was avaliable like the one we booked. We had to get a refund and book at holiday inn across road. Very disappointed after driving 6 hours and ready for rest. »

« Propose des chambres avec kitchenette. Intéressant de pouvoir faire sa petite popote le soir pour changer du resto...A part que pour cuisiner et manger il faut un peu plus qu'une plaque de cuisson: assiettes, couverts, casserole, plat, etc...On a donc choisi cet hôtel pour ce qu'on croyait être un plus, mais en fait ce n'était qu'un leurre. Grosse déception! »

« Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant, especially Ben and Nicole!! Lovely breakfast options. Good was fresh and well organized. The lobby is GORGEOUS! Seems to have been renovated recently. Makes the hotel seem "new." However, the rooms are clearly not renovated. Hopefully this is in the works soon. »

« Lors du check in, soit disant nos trois cartes bancaires étaient inutilisables à l'accueil, mais pouvait être utilisées sur l'atm du hall d'entrée. Après 15 mn de blocage nos cartes fonctionnaient par miracle. Pire, la personne à l'accueil souhaitait prendre et noter tous les numéros de notre carte de paiement. Attention personnes louches. Le petit déjeuner était peu copieux et surtout servi dans une pièce sombre avec un personnel antipathique. L'hôtel est au bord de l'autoroute et donc très...
