« We had a leak in the bathroom when we checked in and within monitors we were moved to another room. The staff was excellent »

Intéressant de pouvoir faire sa petite popote le soir pour changer du resto...A part que pour cuisiner et manger il faut un peu plus qu'une plaque de cuisson: assiettes, couverts, casserole, plat, etc...On a donc choisi cet hôtel pour ce qu'on croyait être un plus, mais en fait ce n'était qu'un leurre. Grosse déception! »

« Chambre très humide, gros problème d’humidité dans la chambre. Fenêtre avec grosse trace d’humidité, avec eau dans la fenêtre. Tuyauterie dessous le lavabo coulait. Mais pour les autres éléments c’était ok. »

« Lors du check in, soit disant nos trois cartes bancaires étaient inutilisables à l'accueil, mais pouvait être utilisées sur l'atm du hall d'entrée. Après 15 mn de blocage nos cartes fonctionnaient par miracle. Pire, la personne à l'accueil souhaitait prendre et noter tous les numéros de notre carte de paiement. Attention personnes louches. « My reservation rooms had to be changed due to elevator not working then my disability room was not given to me had to move to a room where pets can stay in had a funny Oder. My second room was placed on second floor with having to climb stairs with our luggage’s and guest and this room had a real bad cleaning issue where toilet was left dirty and filthy had to be moved to a new room I will never stay there again. Breakfast wasn’t any good it was just a waffle maker had to go out for breakfast. »

« TV worked half the time and our room smelled like weed all weekend, I complained but nothing was done about it »

« The room smelt like mold so bad..air condition was so loud, had to ask them to shut the side door in hall that was giving access to public and should have been shut and not able to be opened to public access. It was myself and granddaughters so we was scared with it being so close to our room. I have been staying at holiday inns for forty years This is the very first time I have ever seen a holiday inn at this level. »
