« Chambre très humide, gros problème d’humidité dans la chambre. Fenêtre avec grosse trace d’humidité, avec eau dans la fenêtre. Tuyauterie dessous le lavabo coulait. Mais pour les autres éléments c’était ok. »

« Propose des chambres avec kitchenette. Intéressant de pouvoir faire sa petite popote le soir pour changer du resto...A part que pour cuisiner et manger il faut un peu plus qu'une plaque de cuisson: assiettes, couverts, casserole, plat, etc...On a donc choisi cet hôtel pour ce qu'on croyait être un plus, mais en fait ce n'était qu'un leurre. Grosse déception! »

« Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baytown recently and overall it was an average experience, not quite matching the rating. The room itself was decent and worked fine for a short stay, but there were a few issues. My wife noticed the hallway had a strong weed smell, which wasn’t ideal. « Let me start by saying the staff, or computer screen with a person in God knows where, was very nice. It was just very bizarre to check in with a kiosk. Otherwise, this was not what we expected. The room smelled like mold, the toilet was clogged upon our arrival, and it was just extremely rundown. »
