"They lost one of the rooms in our booking and offered us a worse room instead. The room they offered us was not cleaned when we got there, so we had to go back to get a different one. Amenities were limited. The rooms we did end up in were in okay condition, not the nicest, but okay for the price. Great amount of space in the 2 bedroom apartment room, decent kitchen, great views. Only gave two towels for a room that was advertised for 6 people. Had to call for more towels and extra blankets."

"We did not eat at the restaurant in the morning. I went down our first morning in the hotel (Saturday, 5/2) and just wanted to get two (2) cups of coffee to take up to the room. There was only one server in the restaurant, and she was helping people at tables in a far section of the restaurant where she couldn't see me at the counter. After waiting over 5 minutes, and getting no service, I left and went across the street to the Starbucks in the Westin to get the coffee. I went there the remaining 2 days we stayed."

"Great location, staff was kind and the hotel itself is beautiful! No The only downside is that the inside rooms are right off of the courtyard/rooftop, so when I checked in I asked to be moved on a higher floor to avoid people standing right outside my window."
