"We had a very pleasant stay here. The waterfront was beautiful and quiet. It was the middle of Summer, so not surprisingly the temperature in the house was challenging to control. We appreciated the extra standing fans to help circulate the cooler air to the other rooms. The dining room table surrounded by windows was our favorite spot. We had a lovely dinner there. Hosts were responsive and instructions were clear. We would stay here again. "

"The cottage was clean and well maintained. There was a short walk to the beach or you could access the free trolley directly across from the cottage to get you where you wanted to go. It was nice not having to drive everywhere. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and provided information about activities occurring in the area over the July 4th weekend. Overall, it was a great trip and I would recommend the cottage to anyone interested in staying in Yorktown. "
"We loved everything about this stay. Communication was easy and prompt. Access to location was great. The location was perfect! Plenty of room for our family of 7! There were plenty of games to keep everyone entertained and the loft sleeping area was the perfect place for the young adults to have out. Everything was just as pictured! Roughly 20 mins to Busch Gardens and Premium Outlets! Just excellent stay! We hope to return next year for our annual mini get away!"
