« This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. No towels no toilet roll absolute disgusting also had a smell to the house. I would...

« Property was not well looked after. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails. »

« The property smelt strongly of people smoking (despite the fact that it was advertised as a non-smoking property). The lockable front door was loose in its frame and felt insecure, especially as the location is in a very run-down street with a lot of graffiti and rubbish strewn around. To cap it off, we were confronted with a rat in the courtyard entrance as we arrived back. We chose to pack our bags and drove home through the night, rather than stay.
