« This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. « We went to Richard’s property to celebrate my parents 52 year anniversary. We had a total of 10 people and it was so comfortable. The area has fun things to do like mini golf, the space center, and a tiny wizard of oz museum that was surprisingly entertaining. The beach was only 5 min drive and easy to park. But the first thing I must mention is that it isn't "beachside", but it's a short 3 block walk to the beach, and the golf cart that comes with the house makes it even easier to get to the beach. « The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! »
