« This cozy & cute condo is perfect for a romantic get away to the beach in the middle of cold northeast winter! The condo is decorated in restful colors, the bed was very comfy and the shower awesome! We spent most of our time just enjoying the warmth while sitting on the patio. The place is steps from the beach and there's a pool onsite also (although we didn't use it). Stephanie's check in and out directions were very easy to follow. We are already thinking of a return trip next year. »

« This was the pefect stay for my son and I! Property was clean, and truely was a 1 min walk to the beach. The beach located beside the property was clean and had ample space and it was right next to the pier. We needed to check in early and the hosts were very attentive, and never failed to reply to my questions. Very communicative. We will stay here again in the future! »

Walked to Preacher Bar one night, Fish Camp Grill (a little further - short uber) the second night. Also really short walk to budget car rental for drop off or pickup. I’ll likely be back with my two teen boys if we want to be close to cocoa beach and/or before/after a cruise. »
