It is also walkable. The interior is brand new with all brand new paint, floor, appliances, dishes, etc. Stocked with everything needed for cooking. Laundry room with both washer and dryer is super convenient. The three bedrooms made this perfect for our family. Everyone had a room. (One room contains two twin beds.) Master bedroom has TV and attached bathroom. Beach towels and umbrella provided! The screened in porch offers a great view of the newly planted landscape and large trees around the property. We loved seeing the colorful blooms and it’s a very safe place for kids or pets. The front also has new landscape and a half circle drive for easy parking. I loved not hearing traffic! Feb 3, 2022 #### Relaxing in Cocoa Beach Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely 3-week stay in this newly refurbished house on a quiet street. The fully furnished home comes with plenty of amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. The screened back porch being sunny most of the day was a real plus. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds were great, and the tankless instant water heater made bathing enjoyable. Jan 9, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### A nice home in Cocoa Beach We enjoyed this renovated mid-century modern close the the beach in Cocoa Beach. It appears to be a newly offered property, based on the guest book. The home was in great shape but light on home information and little touches like board games, user manuals and band aids. The kitchen had excellent appliances and just the right amount of pans and dishware. A great screened porch, sparkling bathrooms and nice bedrooms. It worked out great for us. ##### John U.
