"Parking was horrible, trash all over the place and was worried car would be broken into. Having signs saying you all are not responsible for car break ins is not a good sign. Also the mini fridge in my room kept making loud noises, i finally just unplugged it. The pillows there are also complete garbage."

"This hotel is almost underneath the Causeway it’s hard to access. The rooms smelled weird and the exterior walkways to the rooms are stained and need work"

"Thanks to Morgan at the front of us. My State was amazing. I only had some students there. I guess wrestling team or polo, soccer team, something sports related, very loud. Very very rowdy. However, she not only make sure I was OK. Knew that I was in town because my son was being deployed, but insured that my safety was good, so I want to thank her for all of her kindness. My first night day was very miserable. My second day was OK. Thankfully it was a very short visit"

"The room was clean, but musty smelling. AC worked. Very few staff. Lobby and outside entrance depressing. "

"The floors are filthy! In less than 10 minutes of taking a shower my feet were black with filth my socks are now black as well! The trim around the door of the bathroom is rotted. The toilet wouldn’t flush. Very little warm water in the shower! We stayed two night two different rooms because of the toilet but the condition was just as bad in the second room. Something was wet on the walls of the second bathroom, it looked like urine. There is NO quantity at this inn and suites I will never stay here or any other Quality Inn ever!! Or recommend!! Horrible and cost me over $200"
