"We always enjoy our stay here. Been back several times."

"Room was clean, maybe a bit on the small side. The evening reception was fine, but not enough seating with kids until the weekend when they used the breakfast area for it. Breakfast was good, fairly good selection. Overall a nice property, I think we like the Embassy Suites in Tigard a bit better, although that one is really showing it's age."

"Hotel manager was so accommodating he allowed us to check in 4 hours early after a very long flight. He made sure we had plenty of coffee for our room and bottles of water and a nice clean space so we could rest. The bar was nice and so was breakfast. The hot tub was nice and hot. All of the staff was kind and helpful I would def stay there again."

"The breakfast options were great, but for dinner we for frozen meals from the market on-site and they had clearly thawed and re-frozen. For $12 each, I would expect more care to food safety. We were also charged an extra fee for the mall we purchased from the bar and took back to our room. Not room service, just for taking it back to our room."

"Only feedback I have is if you’re going to charge me the full stay at check in, don’t attempt to take out the daily rate every night that I stay there that’s an odd way to charge ppl. I asked the staff why was that happening at check out and I was advised it was a system glitch. I said ok and she said I was good to go. I left and then get a call back 30-40 mins after saying my payment didn’t go thru. Mind you I’m visiting from it of state I had a plane to catch. I was called I called back about 1hr later after I saw a message from a blocked number. They advised me that I still owe for my stay with the money was taken out. I’ve had issues like this before so I always lock my card because that wasn’t about to happen again being it of town. Didn’t like that experience of charging you after your start if I was a dishonest person knowing I’m from out of town after a got a refund back for the hold. I could have easily kept those funds and never paid but that’s not in my character. Do better as a property to not get gipped by ppl because that’s an easy way to lose money. Other than that it was a great stay , staff was friendly and very clean property almost holds self up there with top notch hotels. Holiday inn in Hillsboro is an underrated stay everything is right around the corner and about 15 mins from downtown Portland."

"Contemporary design has good eye appeal. Upon finding the Hotel it is difficult to find check in and no parking area to facilitate that. Our friends who met us there use handicap parking and there is no way they would be able to come in the front door. They had to call the hotel from downstairs to be let in so they could check in! Were you trying to make this difficult or just targeting the 30 - 40 crowd with just a carry in bag? There was just ONE complimentary water in our room, come on!! they cost .10 !!!! You own your parking but charge for it?? Mention that on your web site. We used the fire pit and lit it ourselves so that was nice as was the bag toss and pool table. There should really be a nite light in bathroom so a person doesn't need to light up the entire room in the wee pee hours."

"Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc"
