"Room we booked was not available. We needed a two room suite, and we reserved one with a king bedroom and queen bed living room. At check in there were none of these rooms available. We were given a two room set up, but with a small pull out instead the living room. The mattress was filthy and complete collapsed."

"The hot tub was VERY dirty, there was a thick film around the entire top of the tub. While I understand leaves from the tree, the pool was also dirty. The sauna was not in working order. Our room also had cleanliness issues in the bathroom, like a dirty shower and walls in the bathroom. "

"Stay was fine. Only complaint was the sofa bed was less of a bed and more like a slab of wood with leather on top. Wouldn't recommend booking with the intent of using it as an actual bed."

"WiFi was great but the table and chair was a little uncomfortable to use. It’s in a bad neighborhood but nice access to the bus stop and fast food places and markets are nearby. Slept pretty good. But hey cost was worth it."

"The suite was okay, nice size but nothing special for a suite and for the price. The toilet kept getting clogged-had to call maintenance 4-5 times in 2 days. I had an issue with the front desk rep telling me that I would have to use the restroom in the lobby (3 floors down) because it was after hours and no one was there to fix. On a better note, the manager was great! She had someone come right up to fix the toilet but it was almost check out time, so she made accommodations for us that we didn’t have to asks for, but we’re deserved due to the inconvenience. I thanked her and told her that she is the reason the establishment didn’t get 1 star"

"Very easy check in. Front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Nice and clean room. Location was perfect, close to the freeway and restaurants."

"Peaceful and relaxing hotel who have wonderful staff who work very hard for every guest. Property maintained every day. Stayed a week and had everything needed. Felt very safe, extra parking in back, most shopping stores are close to drive to. Only thing is they didn't have treadmill and shower does squeak. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Will come back when in area."
