The couch was dirty and stained. The walls were also stained and the water was not hot at all in the shower. Other than that it was an okay option. I just did not like the fact that the balcony doors were left open and there were gnats and mosquitoes when checking into the room.

This was really a pleasant surprise. It was somewhat less expensive than the motel we (including wife and dog) usually book near my son's house. It was much better in every way. It was newer, the room was nicer with a useful layout, the bathroom and shower were excellent. Service was good and friendly. Even the free breakfast was pretty decent. For the price definitely 5 stars.
