"Staff was friendly, especially at the bar! Having the kitchen open late wad a big help after a long day to not have to go far. The food and drinks were good! The room was spacious and beds comfortable."

That said, the facilities feel a bit outdated, and there was no fridge in the bedroom. Parking not on site, but around the block."

"The check in process was very odd. A link was sent prior for pre-registration but it didn’t work. I had to go to the 3rd floor to check in. Once there the person asked if I completed registration and I shared the issue I had with the link and he proceeded to tell me it works so I showed him on my phone. He sent another link and I had to sit there and complete it instead of them checking me in like other hotels (not very welcoming). They never explained how the key fob worked so when I tried to leave my room is when I realized the door didn’t automatically close. I had to call to get instructions on how to work the fob and lock. That could be a safety issue. The room was very clean but a bit odd but it was only for 2 nights. Thankfully I was traveling alone because the bed is not conducive for 2 people. It’s convenient to the monorail and walking distance to the arena, which is where I was going. There’s a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryerin the room. The tv is small and in an odd spot but didn’t work but I was able to cast YouTube from my phone. If you need a place for a night or two not bad but I probably wouldn’t go back. The young lady who was at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful with recommendations for food and how to get around."

"This hotel was a great place to stay while visiting Phoenix for the first time! The staff was very was very friendly and helpful! The property offer many amenities like a grab and go kiosk, pool with towels readily available, and breakfast buffet in the morning! Over it was a lovely stay!"
