« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lake escape property. Check in was easy and the property manager communicated via text a couple times checking in on us. We had plenty of bed space with the bunk/game room area, two bedrooms and two baths. We enjoyed the lake access, kayak, boat dock, and Lilly pad. The screened porch was also nice to enjoy watching early morning boaters with a cup of coffee. They have an extra refrigerator you have access to along with a grill. Areas for improvement are...

« The property was beautiful and fantastic - it was perfect for our group. We spent most of our time outside and in the large family room. It was well equipped to cook several meals. We loved the pool and firepit areas! Our only complaint was bedroom 3 was not listed correctly - it stated 2 twin beds, 1 queen, and 1 twin bunk bed (i.e. 4 beds) - in actuality, it had 1 bunk bed that had a queen and a twin, and then a twin trundle, so we were two beds short. Luckily, the couches were comfortable...

« Our family loved our stay! The view is beautiful! The beach was perfect for our 16 month old grandson and of course the rest of us too. The river isn’t very deep but definitely deep enough to cool off and enjoy the water. We rented a boat nearby and pulled right up to the beach at the house. Again we loved our stay and the host got back with us quickly if we had any questions. There is an HEB close if you forget something and we saw deer every day. Just a note… The walk back to the house...

« We stayed here August 31, 2024. Location was pretty easy to get to, the house is beautiful, and there was plenty of space for 14 of us. « Overall the property is very nice, but we did have some hiccups. The upstairs gets VERY hot during the summer months due to the house only having 1 hvac unit. Undersized for this size house. The directv did not work the last day we were there. All the fire alarms sirens went off at 6:30am the last morning we were there and then again at 7am. »
