New Lake Travis Home on Golf Course w/Golf Cart

La Casa de Lago is a quiet, comfy home away from home with beautiful Texas views. Great amenities, A short walk to Lake Travis and nestled on a 9 hole golf course.

Point venture is a beautiful community surrounded by Lake Travis. Views of the week are all around you. As a guest you’ll have access to tennis courts, large gym, swimming pool and lake access. The Caddy Shack Sports Bar at the Ponte Venture Golf Club just down the street. There are also food trucks outside the golf club. Boats are available to rent at the nearby marina and guests receive a discounted price. What do you want to be on the water, enjoy a beverage at The Gnarly Gar (located at the marina), visit nearby Austin or simply sit on the back patio and watch the deer play, there is plenty to do here. #lacasadelago

You can drive to nearby restaurants. Many residents use golf carts to get around the community. As a guest we have a golf cart available for you to use during your stay.

The host was very welcoming. They even gave us an extended check out time without us having to request it. When we had issues getting the AC on, we sent a message to the property owners who solved the problem remotely within minutes. Very attentive and helpful and friendly. We loved that there were games in the home and the golf cart to ride around in. The golf cart was a little rough on the ride but very fun. The only thing we feel was missing was that there was only body soap provided, no shampoo or conditioner, so plan ahead! That's on us for not knowing- we should have read the ad more closely before traveling there. Decorated nicely, comfortable beds. Enjoyed the up and downstairs patios.

We had a relaxing time, fun getaway with my cousins and sisters. Second time staying here and we were not disappointed the host gets back with you on a timely matter and the golf cart is great to get us around to the pool and a few other places, we will be back again in 2026. Oh and they have everything you need to cook which was great for us.

Our stay at the Lake Travis home was great. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to spend the week. We loved the location on the golf course and so near the lake. The pool was great and so was riding the golf cart around the neighborhood and to the amenities.

Feel like staying at a friends!

This property is so well stocked. There is everything you need to just come in, bring some groceries, and enjoy some time in the Hillcountry. We forgot a blow dryer, no worries there was an entire basket to choose from. There’s washing detergent and salt and pepper etc… They have done a great job of making this house feel like you’re just staying at a friends home! It has everything you need and a very responsive host! We had a wonderful time with the golf cart, exploring all the things that are in the neighborhood. You’re a golf cart ride away from a marina, a restaurant, a beach, a park and more! This is a must book!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well equipped! The Golf cart was the icing on the cake. The stay and location was absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for a cheap round of golf and the best location ever without having to leave, you’ve found it! Very spacious and up to date. Master bedroom is amazing and the property owners are so so good about communicating and responding back when needed. We will definitely be back at this location.
