It is very close to Universal Studios and offers free parking. There is a 24-hour coffee machine, and bread is provided in the morning. The surrounding area is safe, with various restaurants nearby. In fact, it feels more like a motel than a hotel. However, overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I also appreciate the friendly and professional staff.

All of the staff were friendly and kind, the rooms were very clean and the hotel was very quiet which was nice.

Staff were great to deal with. Pool area was clean and tidy. No one using them (mid November). Rooms were clean and very large. Family of 5 had no problems sleeping with the pull out couch. Couch mattress was not very comfortable but better than other places we have been. Walking distance to pharmacy and grocery. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Hidden gem. Doesnt look fancy, but rooms are AMAZING. Great simple breakfast, super friendly staff. Few mins to Universal. about 10 dollars Lyft/Uber ride. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a very convenient location in Burbank. Trader Joe's and Ralph's are a ten-minute walk down the street in one direction, along with IKEA, and central Burbank is in the other. There are several restaurants nearby and the Metro bus-stops (for instance 155 for Universal/ Studio City) are just a short walk away. The continental breakfast made getting a start easier rather than looking for a breakfast spot. The suites are very roomy with separate bedrooms. The fridge and kitchenette came in handy for takeout meals. Andrew the morning front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The sofa bed was not firm enough, springs were worn out and living room tv did not work.

My room was clean and well-furnished for the price. AC worked great, shower was fantastic. Would absolutely stay again!

Check in went smooth. Lady at check-in wasn't as friendly but the lady at check out was great, she was super friendly. She just had a good vibe about her. So nice to see in a hotel setting. Lyft to the airport was great too. It's why I booked this hotel. Room was super nice. King size was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
