Clean, staff accommodating and beautiful facilities between two lakes

Très beau séjour pour une 5e fois! Les chalets sont superbes, très propres et toujours très bien équipés. Nous y retournerons, c’est certain!

The place was very clean and cozy. The spa was okay but closes early (9pm). We booked for 2 for 5pm-9pm. During the day, we went hiking at Mont Tremblant and did not get back to the hotel until 7pm. When we got there, the whole thing was closed and the manager said it was because we booked from 5pm. He said he closed it because we were not there. So we had to explain that we thought we can come anytime between 5pm-9pm as that was the 4-hour window we paid for to use the amenities. So whether we use it for 15 minutes or the whole 4 hrs was technically our prerogative. He re-opened it but with visible hesitation. We also asked to book for a couples’ massage and was told it was fully booked. We were the only couple in the spa so how was it fully booked? That was the only thing we didnt like.

Everything was great, 10 am check-out a little early. That's the only item. The resto on site was very very good and the staff was excellent. The room and all the facilities were excellent
