Noise Disturbance: The proximity of the hotel to the road led to continuous noise throughout the night, making it impossible for us to get a restful sleep. Unwanted Wake-Up Call: On one morning, we were unexpectedly awakened at 6 a.m. due to the alarm clock being set without our request or consent. Fire Alarm Disruption: On our last day, there was a fire alarm at 7 a.m., causing further disturbance and inconvenience. Cleanliness Concerns: The condition of the bedding was unacceptable, with sheets that were visibly dirty and covered in hair, which was quite repulsive. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the hotel staff, the only resolution offered was a complimentary breakfast, which in no way compensates for the overall negative experience we endured.

I recently stayed at a hotel with several notable features and a few areas for improvement. The location of the hotel was convenient, and I appreciated the ample parking right next to the building. The staff was welcoming and helpful with various details, which made my stay pleasant. However, I encountered some issues. The public transport options in this area were quite limited, necessitating the use of a car for most travel. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the highway meant that the noise levels in the rooms were quite high. While the hotel provided noise-cancelling devices to help mitigate this, I found them to be a mixed blessing. These devices, intended to mask room noise with background sound, were unfortunately non-adjustable and created a constant, somewhat unpleasant noise. This, combined with the traffic noise, did not contribute to a peaceful sleeping environment. On a positive note, I didn’t experience any disturbances from neighboring rooms on the 11th floor, which was a relief. The morning buffet, while convenient, was somewhat limited and felt overpriced considering the variety offered. On the brighter side, the hotel’s restaurant was a lovely experience. It boasted a great ambiance and was staffed by welcoming personnel. Overall, while there were aspects of my stay that I enjoyed, there are certainly areas where the hotel could improve, especially in terms of noise management and value for money in their dining options.

I worked for Marriott for 2 years and never I would of thought I would get bad service like that. My check in and checkout was probably the worst I’ve ever had, not welcoming at all. For me the front desk employees should be the ones giving the best service. The room was okay, nothing extraordinary. I found it weird to have only 3 towels for 4 people. Next visit in Boston I will be going somewhere else.

La propreté de la chambre était moyen, les murs de la douche était pas propre, la toile des fenêtres avait des tâches de doigts noir, la douche était coincé. Le personnel du buffet déjeuner était génial mais les gens a la réception ne voulais même pas nous renseigner pour un taxi, nous ont simplement dit d’appeler un UBER. Au matin j’ai du demander a quelqu’un du buffet, pour trouver quelqu’un pour la réception, parce qu’il n’y avais personne. Très ordinaire pour le prix
