Whether your interests lie in beachcombing, fishing, or surfing, you'll have South Salmon Creek Beach, Bodega Dunes Beach, and Doran Beach all within two miles. This is also a great home base for exploring the Sonoma and Marin Coasts, with Jenner (11 miles), the Russian River Valley, and Point Reyes National Seashore (35 miles) close by. This home is nearly a century old, but it's been thoughtfully updated in recent years to enhance its comfort, ease, and original charm. At the heart of the living space is a brand-new kitchen, offering stainless steel appliances and an eat-in dining room table. Begin each morning with a mug of coffee and a cushioned seat outside on the sheltered patio, and end each evening curled up in the warmth of the gas fireplace in the living room. Set up a board game at the dining room table, use the complimentary WiFi to check tomorrow's tides and surf, and leave the day's swimsuits and clothes in the care of the washer/dryer before turning in for a restful night's sleep. Nov 6, 2023 #### Perfect Stay The vintage bungalow is darling: updated with all modern conveniences for the traveler yet retains its original charm. The home is stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen and bathroom. I appreciated the clear instructions for operating the gas powered living room stove and the very comprehensive guest manual that includes information about the surrounding area AND(!) manuals for appliances in the home, should you need to refer to them. May 27, 2024 #### Beautiful Home To Stay The home has a large master bedroom and big master bathroom. Very spacious! Love that we can bring our fur baby with us on vacation! Fully fenced so no escaping. Home was clean and you can see the water from the front deck. It is closer to highway 1 so you can hear the traffic passing by but not super loud. No immediate beach access close by so you'll have to drive a little ways. Overall I would recommend the home! ##### Alison R.
