« Loved the location facing the river and close proximity to downtown. Unit in good condition and clean. Building stairwells not kept clean. Beds comfortable, good kitchen and bathrooms. TV's too old and should be replaced. Overall GOOD value »

« Great location! As other reviews mentioned noise from neighbors is for real. We had a pet friendly place but we have a non shedding small dog. We found a lot of different dog hair throughout our stay but maybe thats normal for pet friendly places. We parked outside our window and left our locked bikes on our truck because there are outside cameras and a closing gate. They dont close the gate and cameras don’t work/record. Our very expensive bikes were stolen. Property management didn’t get back...

« The location was excellent! The condo was very dated. The couch is very worn out, lighting was poor especially with one light bulb burnt out and another missing in a single fixture. The bathroom was missing a towel rack w/ screws sticking out in the wall. One of the wooden chair seat kept falling off. »

« Condo was very clean and had most things that were needed in the kitchen. There is a laundry room with a fee in the building. Beds were comfortable . Internet was poor for the first 2 days but new router was installed and it improved the second 2 days we were there. »

« The place was clean and cozy. The only thing is that the listing was a bit misleading. It said there was a washer and dryer. I expected it in the unit. There was in a laundromat in the complex. Great location. Walking distance to downtown. Nice setting. »
