Best location in Bend! With our property right on the banks of the Deschutes, this one-bedroom condominium offers a river view with a full kitchen, two bathrooms and can sleep up to four. There are two full bathrooms. In the main living area, there is a queen-sized bed, a pull out couch, dinning room table with seating for four, a gas fireplace, and large flatscreen TV. From the main living area the large glass doors open to a roomy patio with seating for a relaxing break and view of the river. The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on our grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques in under ten minutes. Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open daily so don't forget to pack those suits! Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. There is a laundry room with a fee in the building. Beds were comfortable . The fold out couch bed is pretty lumpy but ok, watch out for the end though because I caught my leg on a loose spring and ripped my pants/leg open. The other beds were super comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the river view from the livingroom. It has a calming white noise sound of the rushing river that lulled me to sleep. The check in was very easy. The beds were clean and comfortable. Its so close to Downtown Bend that we walked everywhere. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. I had chosen this place partially because there had been many positive reviews of the cleanliness. Upon arrival it seemed as though the floors were not cleaned. The bathroom floor was full of hair, I took a paper towel to wipe it up and I had a pile of dirt and hair. The other thing was the patio could have used a quick sweep before we arrived. There were toe nail clippings left on the porch.
