"We really enjoyed our stay at Aerie Suites by AvantStay. The location is great—close to everything in Bend but still quiet and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, and the modern finishes made the space feel fresh and welcoming.

On calling the listed number “Vanessa” with Family Time Vacation Rentals in Utah (the loft is in Oregon) refused to believe me and repeatedly claimed there were “floor mats” which wasn’t true, not that mats on a cement floor was going to be a satisfactory replacement for the promised twin beds. After a lot of haggling Vanessa offered to send us to a more expensive place but by then all...
