« I accidentally booked my stay 1 day off, I immediately reached out to Hotels.com they said it would be up to the property they could not change my reservation. After a couple days I reached out to them again and they sent an email saying they were very sorry but after several attempts the property would not return an email. I reached out to the property and shared the email I had from Hotels.com it turns out Hotels.com had not sent any emails to the property the staff at Ponderosa were very kind...

« The room was very large with log cabin features that were sisters appropriate for her sisters nice touches of having a coffee maker with coffee Keurig and a refrigerator. I didn’t use but happy to have. I only stayed one night but you know for the price I think it was great maybe just the carpet was a little worn and there were dings in the wall but if that’s not a big deal to you then know it was a great day and I was happy to be there. »

« Without question, Five Pines was the highlight of all our stays at resorts and fine hotels. It combined rustic charm with classic hand rubbed California Mission style oak furniture. Services included breakfast being delivered to our cabin each morning precisely at 8AM. Nestled amongst giant Ponderosa Pine trees and within walking distance of Oregon's premier tourist town Sisters, Five Pines is our pick from now on. If I could give it more than 5 starts I would. »
