« Our group of 5 ladies stayed at the Hot Toddy for two nights and we wished we had booked it for at least one more night to take advantage of all the amenities. We came down to spend a day at the hot springs which was very close by. The property was adorable, comfortable, clean and had beautiful scenery. We loved our trip so much and would definitely come back to this property on our next trip to Pagosa. »

« Perfectly stocked, clean, comfortable with perfect yard and porches. The walk to downtown is not too far, but not a trip you would want to do multiple times a day. The location is great for bike riders because a large park is directly behind this home. The street is quiet and secluded. Our 24' motorhome fit perfectly in the driveway. »

« This VRBO is my all time Durango favorite. It is even better than the pictures. Clean charming and spacious, it has all the amenities that make it a very comfortable place to stay. Highlights were the gas fire place and deep tub. Definitely will book again. »

The folks from the front office were wonderful and very accommodating to a last minute change in the number kiddos coming on our trip.
