The owners use of air fresheners (pine Forrest) especially upstairs was over done the scent was on steroids. "

"Everything was good except after paying Hotels.com online for my 2 night stay the Sky Ute Casino Resort charged my credit card for the room at check in. When I told them I already paid Hotels.com they took the charge off my card. Then about one hour after check out the resort hotel charged my card a second time for the room. After calling about the over charge they took the charge off again."
