Beautiful home in private setting yet only15 min to town & 10 min to lake

This upscale vacation rental is located on a private 3 acre lot 15min from Durango on a paved road. It is the ideal retreat to return to after a day of site seeing with family and friends.

This beautifully landscaped home has a large, fully fenced, pet friendly yard. The house will sleep 8 people. We offer free WiFi. There are 3 bedrooms each with their own bath plus a queen fold out sleeper sofa in the family room. The entire upper floor is a master suite with a private balcony over looking the yard.

Lake Nighthorse is 10 min away and will open Apr 1st with swimming, boating and fishing. Canoe and kayak available at the lake.

Great family ski rental

We loved this property! It had everything we needed and more, stocked with all the little amenities like lotion and bath salts. Our family of five relaxed here while we spent a few days skiing at Purgatory resort which was an easy drive. The hot tub was great and game room kept the kids happy.

Just like the listing says, a pet friendly house outside of town but easy access. Location and house were beautiful. Furnishings and kitchen appliances higher grade. Saw lots of wildlife. Would stay again.

Beautiful home in lovely setting

Three generations of our family stayed in this wonderful home. It was perfect for our family of 7, ranging in age from 8-76. The house is lovely, had everything we needed, well-located to Durango and surrounding area. We enjoyed the outside dining area and yard with pretty flowers in bloom. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay near Durango in a beautiful, quiet setting. We loved our stay in this home.
