The location was great for walking into town which we did quite a bit. The Animas River is located a street away. We loved sitting on the porch watching the city deer hang out in the yard. Only down sides was that one of the tv remotes had no batteries, we did find a some spare batteries unfortunately wrong size, also all VRBO properties I have stayed it had a small supply of coffee pods for Keurig coffee maker there was a good supply of tea pod however, just a little thing but always appreciated.
