The hotel is a long & somewhat complicated walk from the V&A waterfront and the cruise terminal. The free boat-shuttle to the waterfront was not operating because it was too windy, and the free shuttle bus schedule was not convenient for our schedule, so we ended up using a taxi service to both. If you are looking for a premium upscale property, this is not that. However, for its class, I give it five stars and would happily stay there again.
