« The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay! »

« We stayed here this weekend and it was a great place to stay to visit family in the area. It’s a newer building as of 2026 and looks like more places will be built in this area. It was a quick walk to Jimmy John’s to get something quick to eat. The unit was clean and had plenty of space for 3-4 people. There’s a full furnished bedroom upstairs and a room for a pull out bed downstairs as well as 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor. « Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue.
