Our home is nestled on one wooded acre in a quiet neighborhood, while being close to all the attractions Nashville has to offer, so you'll be able to conveniently explore downtown Nashville, while also being close to nature. This 1100 sqft. apartment includes a double suite with two semi-private bedrooms separated by a walkthrough. It is located on the first floor of our house, while we live on the second floor. The only suggestion I would make is fix the dip in the driveway to the visitor parking. The drop off is steep for a car. I thought I broke something on my car the first time I parked. Luckily I was experienced enough to back up the driveway and into the visitor spot past the dip. Other than that the place was fantastic. ##### Shawna H. Jul 29, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy The property is secluded, but has a perfect navigational pathway to downtown. It's very nice, has been updated for the most part. I picked up poison ivy on the first day, totally my fault, I went out barefooted to the parking space, that was my mistake. There is ivy around the exterior common area, so you just have to be aware of that. The street name says it all. The driveway and parking can be a real problem for some, it's a at least a 8-10 degree pitch, so it makes everything a little interesting. The private entry and walkway are also at least a 5 degree pitch, and there is moss on the path leading to the entry, when it rains, it's especially slippery. The only criticism of the inside is that there is black mold growing in the bathroom on the upper wall of the shower. It was very nice overall, but the cleanliness of the space was a little needing. We did enjoy our stay, and Shannah and Rich were very nice and accommodating. But the next time we're in Nashville, we'll probably stay somewhere else. ##### Richard E.
