« For starters I asked for a handicap room like we stayed in the previous weekend but to no avail. 1. The beds in the room 103 are 3+ foot off floor (my 91yr. mom needed a bench to get up in to the bed, my husband fell out of the bed, and I pulled on the sheets to help me get up into the bed). 2. « Not acceptable that the safety fee on credit card at arrival is 100$ per room !!! They dislike expedia and charge you on site with 3-7 days for refund. You become on hostage of the situation on site. Just write the security fee on the add and I will pick another one, people should know that it is a rip off ! and if you order through their app ( noit working by the way) no deposit required, just because Expedia is not liked . Highly frustrating ! »

Overall, not at all smooth. Returning from dinner and a trip through the botanical gardens, I was turning down the bed and it came untucked and wouldn't retuck and stay. « Its just old .... no amenities, just coffee... It really needs updating. I do not know how it has a rating of 7.4. Im sorry. I usually give really good reviews. The husband used to reserve a room about 40 years ago, a few times. It was very nice then. »

« Très bel hôtel, belle chambre très propre »

« L hôtel était sale dans les parties communes. Et une forte odeur de nourriture épicée en rentrant dans la chambre. Du bruit toute la nuit entre les clients en long séjour qui frappaient au portes la nuit et les fenêtres très mal isolées en bord de route ! La totale Pas le pire séjour que j ai pu faire mais pas le meilleur non plus. »
