We loved how cozy the vibe was and that we felt like we were completely isolated while being walking distance to two great wineries and able to hop in the car and be to other amazing wineries and towns within minutes. "I called 0n THREE occasions to make sure we would have a FRIST FLOOR ROOM!!!! First when I reserved the room IN JANUARY FOR APRIL 25 , then again in March. THEN THE DAY BEFORE !!!!!! At pre check in on line , I requested a first floor room !!! EVERY TIME I WAS ASSURED A FIRST FLOOR ROOM ! So we checked in and they didn't have us in a first floor room. They couldn't accommodate our request at the front desk!!! The coffee maker in our room didn't work !!! No coffee in the check in area !"

"I arrived at 430 to be told my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait an hour for my room. I have an 11 month old baby and if my family wasn’t there I would’ve been left to wait in the lobby. When asked how they could compensate I was told there was nothing they could do for me. My room was 2.5 hours late. They didn’t even apologize."
