The property is old and in need of a refresh. Our first room smelled like wet musty carpet and the staff quickly accommodated a change for us. The breakfast was pretty shabby and not sufficient amounts for the number of guests there. If staying in this exact location matters more than anything, I’d recommend it. If you’d prefer something updated, stay 20 mins away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And given the age of the building our rom was very clean.

This hotel is located in a great spot but it needs an overhaul way bad. The check in area and carpet is so dirty, the room is okay but the bathroom is tiny and wasn’t very clean. The beds were comfortable though. The breakfast was a sad effort. If there is a youth group ahead of you, don’t expect anything to be left. They don’t restock very well. I hate to leave a bad review but I wish I had read into the place better. I’m not sure if there is a better option in the area so I’m sure they will continue to have guest.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, but the pull out bed is not. The breakfast was nice. It is a great place to stay while touring history sites in Palmyra. This was our second stay. It was rainy and muddy outside, so the carpets get dirty, but it seems like more could be done to keep the carpet vacuumed.

The staff is very friendly. My first room had chunks of hair in the shower, bathroom floor, and a used towel hanging. I went to the desk and they gave me a new room which the refrigerator didn’t have shelves, no tissues, towels and wash clothes had black stains on them. The window sill had dead bugs. Overall I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re desperate. Not clean whatsoever.
