"Very nice hotel - feels luxurious, especially for the reasonable nightly rate. The room was very clean. The pool was big enough for everyone there. Dining options were also great, and Starbucks available in the hotel in the morning. We stayed before heading to a Sens game, when the visiting team stayed here. Hotel staff were very accommodating and understanding of excited kids wanting to see players. We’ll happily return, and recommending Brookstreet to friends. "

"There was a person screaming in the hallway outside our room and banging on their room/slamming doors very loudly from 1:30am until 3:30am. I understand not wanting to put hotel staff in danger 100%, but police should have been called. It sounded very much like a domestic disturbance. When asked about our stay upon checkout, there was very little apology. The receptionist was even hesitant to give us a free water bottle because we weren’t rewards members. It felt very much like they didn’t care about our experience."
