Personnel très aimable et efficace. 2 remarques: 1) il faudrait dire aux clients qui viennent en voiture d’aller directement au parking de l’hôtel avec lequel l’établissement a un accord puisqu’il se situe en zone piétonne donc inaccessible en voiture. 2) on a frôlé la catastrophe! L’évacuation de la douche était très mauvaise. Le temps que je m’en rende compte la salle de bain était inondée et la chambre commençait à être inondée aussi. Je n’ai eu le temps que de sortir de la douche plein de savon et de shampooing pour « sauver » mes sacs qui étaient parterre. Une grosse déconvenue qui malheureusement assombrit le bilan de notre séjour.
