Nice budget hotel, good location & the staff were excellent The room & bathroom were small but ok for the money paid. The pool was nice & just across the road from a large shopping mall & the malecon I would definitely stay afain

Marvelous place to stay!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was super clean with air conditioning, hot water, refrigerator, and a very comfortable bed. The refrigerator and water provided were a definite plus. The breakfast was excellent. We will be staying here again soon!

Perfect stay for us!

Hands down best stay during our Yucatan trip! Warm service with a smile 24/7, great place to relax as a family and dip in and out of the old town. Amazing breakfast choices and even helped us booked a restaurant we tried getting in but couldn’t. Clean and spacious room. Parking is good as well Everything about this place is great. Highly recommended and will def return

Although the location is not ideal for services such as restaurants or old world charm,the hotel is quiet and front desk calls taxi whenever needed. The Malecon is very close for early morning or evening walks when the temperature drops a bit.The staff at the hotel is exceptional in service and attitude.The breakfast which is included is first rate. The pool area is small but the pool is kept exceptionally clean.

Las habitación son muy pequeñas. Nuestro baño olía muy mal. Se escucha todo lo de afuera. En la habitación de un costado, donde se quedaron unos familiares, en su regadera casi no salía agua y en el lavamanos lo mismo.

Hotel très bien. Petit déjeuner copieux.

L'hotel est vraiment très bien à l'exception du lit qui est un peu petit (140 cm). C'est le seul reproche. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et copieux. Emplacement devant pour voiture. Proche à pied du front de mer. Pour aller dans le centre, c'est un peu plus loin mais çà peut se faire quand même tranquillement par le front de mer, c'est sympa. Autrement en voiture facile pour se garer dans la ville.
