We initially had a concern with the pool that unfortunately could not be resolved but the owner arranged a switch to another vacant villa. Property manager very supportive and therefore the initial concern did not cause a big problem."

"The shower system is broken. There was cold water coming from the shower. When we told the hotel staff, they simply told us to wait longer for the shower water to become warm. We had waited 20 min, but the water was still cold. In total we had to go the hotel staff more than 3 times to repeat that it didn’t work. We wasted almost an hour and the staff were not helping. In the end the employee went to our shower and said we need to try turning it on and off a few times and just patiently...
