Perfect if you are going to Rethymno for the beach and water sports; we were there for a wedding, and all of our friends were staying in old town, so it felt far away from nightlife, etc, but we never had a problem finding a cab to and from - there is a taxi stand right at the end of the street from the apartment. "Adonis was a gracious host, and we especially enjoyed talkig with Nikki, who was part of the staff. Our apartment was spacious, and had a nice balcony with a nice city view that also looked out on the Fortezza. Adonis oriented us to the neighborhood with suggestions and a map. We had kitchen facilities that were very convenient and our bed and air conditioning made our sleep very comfortable. We were even able to easily extend our stay on short notice. We definitely recommend Palazzo Vecchio!"
