"This was our second stay at villa Sevos and it has been fully renovated since our last visit in September 22. We loved it before but it's even better now, clean and modern throughout with huge windows to make the most of the stunning views. The morning visits from the peacocks who live at the farm across the way were a highlight of each day. The staff are just as lovely as we remembered from last time and couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place...

"The villa was fabulous- 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms made everything effortless. The pool was even better- plenty of room for people to play together or spend time alone. Lina prepared a Cretan feast for us all- 15- for my birthday- and helped me plan an excursion to Knossos and an amazing dinner recommendation in Rethymno- she gave individual recommendations and local tips and made sure everyone had what they needed in the Villa and beyond. "The villa was perfect, very spacious and well appointed. We had personal service from the owner who spent time introducing us to the area and helping us decide what to do. Nothing was too much trouble. Although the weather was not blazing hot the pool was very welcome ."

"This is a beautiful villa, very modern and perfect for a family holiday. The pool isn’t too deep and is the same depth throughout so perfect for children. The views from the villa are stunning and we would recommend staying in this villa. The owner is also lovely and very helpful if you need anything."

"Kalastous is a beautiful villa complex, peaceful and relaxing. Close enough to the town of Rethymno to go out for dinner and hit the shops as well as a relaxing at the beach, but far enough away to feel the busy town life melt away. Car hire is a MUST, as the roads are slightly challenging at times. A welcome pack to the villa with some essentials (i.e. water, breakfast items) would make this villa absolutely perfect!"

"Very quaint property. Excellent location, three restaurants and a mini market within a few minutes walk; would highly recommend Giannikos who was very helpful. Three double/twin rooms, one upstairs. The upstairs one was very cosy but a few possible draw backs, depending on who the occupants were. The staircase was very steep and led straight from the kitchen with no door, not a problem for us but could be if you are seeking privacy from the rest of the house. "This villa is just as shown in the pictures. It’s located in a small village with well stocked supermarkets and a couple of tavernas all within easy walking distance from the villa. About 15 minutes drive to Rethymno or 30 minutes to the South coast. The management company we’re excellent and easily contactable via WhatsApp or on the house phone. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this lovely villa."

"We loved the stay here. The villas we stayed in was nicely sized, had all the amenities we needed. short walk to the nearby beach. others can access it but villas had their own lounge chairs with key. Main pool only open 5pm and later but each unit has a pool if needed. honestly, ocean is so much better as the water is clear and temperature perfect. few restaurants in walking distance. store just a short 2 minutes drive. central location about hour to chania, 90 minutes to south side. "

"Amazing time with friends, host was really helpful and talked us through everything at the property upon arrival. Pool was heated for a reasonable charge which really helped in the early summer months. Host arranged all our travel between the airport. The shop was literally next door and allowed us to use their trolleys to move large shops to and from the property. "We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks as two families, with 5 children. The villa was well equipped, offered beautiful facilities. The cleaning service was amazing as was the welcome package and general service from the owners . Would definitely recommend."

"Adonis was a gracious host, and we especially enjoyed talkig with Nikki, who was part of the staff. Our apartment was spacious, and had a nice balcony with a nice city view that also looked out on the Fortezza. Adonis oriented us to the neighborhood with suggestions and a map. We had kitchen facilities that were very convenient and our bed and air conditioning made our sleep very comfortable. We were even able to easily extend our stay on short notice. We definitely recommend Palazzo Vecchio!"
