The interior of the villa is traditionally decorated with accents of stone and wood throughout, providing a charming and cozy atmosphere. The villa features three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in beds. Renting a car during your holiday is not necessary, as you can find everything you need within walking distance from the villa. Additionally, you can enjoy various forms of entertainment, such as bars, cafes, and restaurants in the Platanias area, which is only a 5-minute drive from the villa. Rethymno center is also easily accessible, just a 10-minute drive away. Layout: Ground Floor: The ground floor of Villa Kali comprises an open-air area that includes the living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a 32” TV with Netflix, two comfortable sofas, a Bluetooth speaker, and a fireplace. Large glass doors in the living room provide access to the pool area and the outdoor dining space. There is also a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen dining table. One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor. This air-conditioned bedroom features two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), air conditioning, a closet, TV, and direct access to the pool area. Furthermore, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine is available on this level. First Floor: Wooden stairs lead you to the other two charming bedrooms of the villa, which feature vaulted wooden ceilings. One bedroom contains a double bed (1.40 x 2.00), air conditioning, a closet, and a TV. The other bedroom contains two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), air conditioning, a closet, a TV, and a large balcony with sea views. A bathroom with a shower is also available on this level. The outdoor area of Villa Kali includes: A private 30 m2 swimming pool, 1.40m deep, which can also be heated upon request with an additional charge of 40 euros per day from 01/04 to 30/04 and from 01/09 to 30/11\. It is in a quiet area but close to everything. You can stay in our villa without renting a car. You can find everything in a walking distance from the villa. The Platanias area, where you can find all kinds of entertainment like bars, cafes, nightclubs, and beach bars, is less than 5 minutes away by car or bus. The hospitable owners have a wide knowledge of the island and will be on hand with helpful advice and information whenever it is needed. B. nur fünf große Tassen) - fehlende Gegenschließstücke an der Terrassentür im Erdgeschoss-Schlafzimmer (Sicherheitsgefühl fehlt und Schallisolierung schlechter) - in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung, vor allem der Bäder, dadurch hatten wir das Pech, dass vieles während unseres Aufenthalts kaputt gegangen ist: \* defekte Klimaanlage in einem der oberen Schlafräume (keine Reparatur möglich, Ersatz: ein Ventilator) \* defekter Kühlschrank (Regler abgebrochen , Dichtungsgummi defekt), lief durchgehend und das Kondenswasser lief unterm Kühlschrank in die Küche, dadurch Wand und Schrank daneben seit längerem nass \* defekte Klospülung im oberen Bad, Wasserspülung lief drei Tage durch (nachts sehr laut), dann provisorische Reparatur mit Sekundenkleber \* defekte Klobrille im Erdgeschoss (Halterung weggebrochen) Schade, das Haus hätte mehr Potential. ##### Carola B. We initially had a concern with the pool that unfortunately could not be resolved but the owner arranged a switch to another vacant villa.
