"Check in was quick, but front dest worker was not very warm and provided no information about what the hotel offered. Check out was better. As for the room, the room was average, but the refrigerator did not work, the water pressure in the shower was weak. "

"I couldn’t even stay. I booked through hotels.com and I already paid for my stay. Motel 6 sold the room to someone else without letting me know. I arrived at the property and they said they cannot help and to find room somewhere else. I had to pay $108 extra to book a room immediately to an another hotel. This is very disappointing. I trued to contact hotels.com immediately both via a call and live, both the way was too much waiting time at least 50+ minutes waiting time. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I will never book a hotel from hotels.com to motel 6. Customer service should be much much better and convenient for the customers. The staff of the motel 6 were very rude and aggressive. "

"This was the wrost homewood i have ever stayed at. The breakfast was cold and no one kept up with restocking breakfast. There was no elevator, had to carry all our luggage up to the 4th floor. They made us wait 1 hour in the lobby saying our room wasn't ready. When we finally got to our room It was still dirty and hot ,the cooler was set to a certain temp and they would not go lower.it was a bad experience that cost me1200.00 there was broken doors and no body wash in the showers and we found a bug in the restroom, the maintenance guy just told us it wont make us itch. It wasn't a fun weekend at all. All the surfaces look like they haven't been wiped in a while,they had dust and the dishes had old food stuck on them. Also just one old pan in the kitchen. When i tried to complain, they only told me they will give me points. Like that will help the situation "

"The carpet was in bad shape. It had stains all over and completely torn on the threshold between the kitchen and bedroom. The room smelled really bad. The handle inside the sliding shower door was ready to fall off. There were holes in the screen of the patio door. There was supposed to be complimentary coffee from 7-9. I went at 8:30 and it was empty. "
