« 신상호텔로 확실히 인터컨다워요 중간에 클럽라운지 추가해서 지냈는데 기회된다면 호캉스 예정이라면 꼭 추가하길 바랍니다 근데 체크인후 룸사용시 룸과 화장실 중간 슬라이드 문 고장으로 인해서 조치를 취하는데 대응이 적절하지 않게 느껴졌어요 오후 늦게 8시 넘어 체크인하고 피곤한상태로 씻으려구하다가 고장발견하고 얘기한건데 10~20분 수리해도 되지 않으면 빨리 룸교체 해주는게 맞다고 봐요 계속 수리팀은 수리하려구 하는데 되지도 않고 짐도 다 못풀고 씻지도 못하고 피곤한데 시간은 한시간 가량 흐르고 제가 요청해서 룸교체를 받아서 그제서야 쉴수있게되었는데 그런일이 생기면 신속하게 대응해주시길 바랍니다 레이트체크아웃 2시간 요청해서 받았지만 조금은 아쉬운점이 남아 남겨요 그외 조식이며 룸상태며 수영장. 클럽라운지 모두 만족스러워요 »

« I only stayed 3 days in this super hotel. I usually don't go to that type of hotels, I was not disappointed. The service was great, all the employees I had to deal with were respectful, helpful, kind and extremely polite and smiling. The room itself matched with the description. « The room is very good but just avoid the restaurant. The menu is big and interesting on the paper but sea foods were out of stock... the service in the restaurant is low level. We ordered one soup but got 2, we had to ask severyl times to get a glass of water. So I recommend to book this hotel for the room and the casino if you like, but not more. »

"I only stayed 3 days in this super hotel. I usually don't go to that type of hotels, I was not disappointed. The service was great, all the employees I had to deal with were respectful, helpful, kind and extremely polite and smiling. The room itself matched with the description. The bathroom is great, the beds are super comfy and it is well isolated. Superb view from my room and the restaurant, where the food was fine, slightly expensive but correct prices. The swimming pool is great, big enough with 2 spaces, one being meant for younger children. There is a pool bar as well. I strongly recommend this plo"
