"The hotel was absolutely fabulous, our room was very clean & had a welcoming feel. Having a bath & shower (both great) we was spoilt for choice so used both of them. The bed was so comfortable it was a shame we wasn’t able to layin & make the most of the stay. Unfortunately due to our schedule we checked in late evening & checked out early morning. We also used the restaurant for the evening meal which was also excellent, shame we wasn’t able to stay for the breakfast menu. "

"This is a charming property and could not be better placed in terms of access to the castle and cathedral. The check-in lady was so kind and helpful so one could not ask for more there. The only criticism I have was that there is no soap or shampoo provided in the bathroom. This makes rather a dull shower unless prewarned.
