We called and spoke to a member of staff about a couple of questions we had, they answered all our questions being incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Our welcome was perfect, the lady was very helpful and welcoming. The room was a good size with a bathroom right next door but no one else used it as it was at the top of the stairs. Everything was very clean. My only comment is that the room we stayed in (room 2) was up some very steep stairs. The landlady was extremely friendly and accommodating - no problems checking in a little earlier. Parking permit provided too. Think it was ensuite - large bathroom adjacent to our room. Easy access when driving into Lincoln, but no more than a 10-15 minute (albeit uphill!) walk to the Cathedral, castle and excellent pubs near Steep Hill Heaters provided, though the bathroom especially, on the cold side. Breakfast would have been a bonus.
